Anxiety serves no purpose in life.

Fear is a primal emotion and it has a purpose, it is present to protect us from danger.  Anxiety is only present to steal life experiences and joy.

Most people do experience anxiety at one time or another in their lives.  Some people experience low levels of anxiety regularly. My Great Grandmother was a "nervous passenger" but was fully comfortable in social settings. A childhood friend's mother was a "nervous" person and was terribly uncomfortable in crowds.  But they were both able to manage their feelings and cope in situations, even while out of their comfort zones. However, many people are unable to manage their anxiety. It can be debilitating, joy stealing, and life ruining.

Anxiety is usually the result of an early life experience of having no control within a situation.  That initial event plants the seed of negative feelings and introduces the concept that things can occur that the person cannot control. This can lead to the person seeking out the level of control they have in other situations and even to begin creating events and moments that will "prove" to them that they have a lack of control. This results in increasing levels of anxiety. Increasing levels of anxiety on a more consistent basis can become exhausting and develop into depression.

Depression can also be created by an early life perception of a lack of power or a powerless event that can happen at any time in your life.

Humans are beings of "feelings" which is why a conscious, rational thought process cannot over-ride the feelings that are playing in the subconscious mind. In Hypnotherapy, we change the feeling and change the effect of that feeling. Every feeling is created as a result of a perception of any situation or words. We can reassign the control and power of any situation in Hypnosis. One of the fantastic things about the subconscious mind is that it is very receptive to changing negatives into positives. Enormous changes can be made in very few sessions.

I am Neota and I have been helping people heal their lives with Clinical Hypnotherapy since May, 2015.  I myself, am an ongoing work in progress.  I am continually working on becoming a better person and creating a better world, one day at a time.

In the year of 2000, my marriage ended and I was introduced to Louise Hay's book, You can Heal Your Life.  And then, because of that, my life changed.  .

I had spent the first 30 years of my life living in misery and negativity and creating negative relationships.  I believed that I was rubbish and I created a rubbish life.  I constantly felt shame and created more and more situations to perpetuate that feeling.  I was unsuccessful, broke, and unlovable.  It was not until I began to change my inner beliefs that everything in my life began to change. I had no idea that thinking positive can create a positive life but I was able to completely turn my life around just by turning my thinking around. I was introduced to the Law of Attraction without the explanation of the Law of Attraction.

The Universe is in constant communication with your energy.  The energy of your inner beliefs is placing your order for your life.  When everything is going right and you are happy and healthy, it is the Universe's response to a high energy.  When everything is going wrong, you are living with low energy and creating negative experiences.  Your deepest inner beliefs about yourself create the circumstances of your life.

Your belief  in the Law of Attraction is irrelevant, just as your belief in the Law of Gravity does not effect it's existence.  The absolute truth is that high energy and positive self love results in pro-sequences and low energy and a lack of self love results in con-sequences.

It was not until many years later that it occurred to me that the power or Hypnosis, combined with the Law of Attraction (Louise Hay style) would change lives in a remarkably fast way.  I went to school at the Coastal Academy of Hypnotic Arts and Sciences and became a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.  And now I can create almost miraculous results for my clients.

Your subconscious mind is creating your entire life and everything that happens in it.  Therefore, your subconscious mind can fix any problems in your life.

Your health, your relationships, your success, and every other aspect of your life can be fixed by using Hypnotherapy.

All pain is emotional pain.

Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Tinnitus, chronic back pain, migraine, etc. can all be cleared by using an energy clearing session in Hypnosis.  Having an intention of healing is required and we can access the beginning of the pain (trauma) and release the attachment of emotion to it.  We allow the energy flow to wash away the emotional pain and the result is the removal of the physical pain also.

Your history, and the story of your history, cannot be changed.  There is no such thing as a time machine.  The only way to heal is to release your emotional commitment to your story.  You are entitled to hold on to the pain for as long as serves you.  It is your story, after all.  But when you have suffered enough, you are also allowed to live without the ongoing pain that has been caused by the trauma.

You cannot rewrite your history but you can undo the ongoing damage it is causing, in as little as one session.

Hypnosis, or trance, is a natural state.  Most people are in and out of Hypnosis every day without ever clucking like a chicken or humiliating themselves.  Any time that there is an absence of awareness of time, you are in trance.

Hypnosis is scientifically measurable by the slowing of brainwaves.  It works to make changes because your conscious mind steps out of the way and allows access to your subconscious mind, which is where all of your personality is stored.  Your conscious mind stays fully aware of everything that is happening and every though you have but it stops being the main participant in the conversation.

The only mind control that occurs is the enhanced control that you have over your own mind.

Hypnosis can happen anywhere, sitting or standing, eyes open or closed, extreme quiet or in the midst of chaos and noise.  I prefer an old fashioned style of induction -  reclined, focused, and relaxed while I bore you into a state of being almost asleep. It is fantastically effective and it is deliciously peaceful. Side effects to each session may include inner peace, prolonged calmness, deep and effective sleep, balanced spirit, focused mind, and pain relief.

I perform different types of session depending on needs and outcomes and the client.

a)  Direct Suggestion - I tweak your subconscious by implanting new and freeing ideas and beliefs while removing limiting ones.

b) Regression - In trance, I can ask your subconscious why it has created the behaviour or illness it has.  Once we know why, we can then make the necessary changes.  These sessions are transformational and will provide insight into early life perceptions.  The actual details of the place we regress to and how we reframe it are not nearly as important as how you feel throughout the whole session. Having you feel healed (powerful, important, loved, safe, etc.), results in a healed life.

c)  Energy Work - The subconscious mind is terrific instruction follower.  During trance I can realign chakras, raise the energy level to a positive state to manifest positivity, or use holistic energy to clear chronic pain by releasing the underlying emotion.

Smoking is like being in an abusive relationship.

Every single reason that you have to want to continue smoking for is just a big fat lie.

Smoking does not calm you down, it actually increases your heartbeat and blood pressure.  It does not calm your stomach after eating or alter your appetite.  Even though Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances, it is the only addictive substance that does not have a painful withdrawal.

Smoking does not taste good or smell good or look good.  The price of smoking is ridiculous and the cost of smoking is even worse.  It ages you at a faster rate than non-smokers and over 450,000 people per year in North America die as a direct result of smoking.  Before it kills you, it steals your health bit by bit.  The average person who smokes one package per day of smoking pays over $350 per month and over $4,350 per year on something they just light on fire.

You had to brainwash yourself to power through and become tolerant of the poison that would one day addict you.  The whole habit of smoking is the worst.

Hypnotherapy can remove the addiction.  You do not have to quit smoking to become a non-smoker with Hypnotherapy, you just do the session and then you are a non-smoker.  No withdrawal and no drugs.

The session is expensive but still cheaper than smoking and worth every penny.

Our personalities are almost completely created prior to our 5th birthdays.  We are born as a clean slate and our subconscious minds are wide open to be filled and created, which happens without interruption until we are somewhere between five and eight years old.  [there are variables in unique situations - this explanation applies to the majority of people]

As we are exposed to different experiences and situations in our early life, we develop perceptions about ourselves and the world that we store in our Subconscious Minds as fact.  Once we have these set beliefs, we begin to emit frequencies to the Universe to supply life situations to confirm those beliefs over and over and over, in self fulfilling prophesies.  Each situation that works as a confirmation to our beliefs solidifies that belief into our subconscious, and deepening the frequency, recreating more situations ... and so on ... and so on ... and so on ... 


The early life events that are healthy and happy create aspects in our personalities that are successful and whole and complete.  Early life traumas will create beliefs that are limiting and harmful and unhealthy.  That is why some people are wildly successful in most areas of their lives but will have a peculiarity that is surprising and considered "out of character."  The more tumultuous a childhood, the more unhealthy beliefs and habits are created, naturally.  

*It is also important to note that early life trauma can be anything from abuse and neglect to any disappointment or embarrassing situation to a child that is over tired or hungry.  Our beliefs are built by our young perceptions of our lives - and most kids are not in a position to be perceiving anything with context!  

Our subconscious minds are ALWAYS motivated to take care of us.  Even when they develop unhealthy behaviours, the reason for the behaviour is something loving and supportive.  

In Hypnosis, we can regress back to the reason (root cause) of the habit or behaviour that you want to change and make the changes.  By returning to the initial sensitizing event, we can reframe it to the way it should have played out.  Changing the way you feel about an event releases the negative effects of it.  We can take your story and make it just a story that you know by removing the emotional attachment to it.
